New council

 Dear Parents and Guardians,

I would like to introduce your new - and with five out of six of us with a child in Junior Kindergarten - rejuvenated 2012-2013 volunteer parent council executives:

Katrina Reddick - Chair - Katrina has her Early Childhood Education degree and has worked in the field for 16 years. She has a son in Junior Kindergarten.

Anita Lamba - Vice Chair - Anita has been an educator for 16 years. Her daughter is in Junior Kindergarten. She also has a 2 year old son.

Marian Jedynak – Treasurer - Marian is the Manager of Administration at her current employment, she has a Diploma in Human Resources Management and she manages a small family business. Her youngest son is in Grade 1, and her older son is in Donview Middle school. Both boys are in the Shaughnessy Child Care program.

Lisa Dunn – Fundraising Chair -

Kristen McGuire – Secretary Chair - Kristin also has her Early Childhood Education degree and currently works as an ECE with kindergarten aged children. Her son is in fifth grade, her eldest daughter is in third grade and her youngest daughter is in Junior Kindergarten.

Tanya Wilcox – Communications Liaison -

We hope that all parents will actively participate in, or come and observe, council meetings and council activities.
