Message from Principal Turner

Four reasons why you should come to the first School Council meeting of 2012-13 this Thursday at 6:30pm

1.      You don’t want to talk about fundraising all night: neither do we

2.      There’s nothing more important to you than your child’s future: one of the strongest predictors of student success is direct parent involvement in your child’s school life

3.      We need the brightest, most insightful and innovative people in this community to meet monthly to talk about creating a truly exemplary community learning space

4.      Consultation works like this: you can’t participate meaningfully from the sidelines

We are committed to make this year’s edition of the SPS School Council uniquely relevant, inspiring and engaging, and we have some provocative ideas to discuss with you: we need your input on Thursday night. Please join us!
