Parents Reaching Out Grants

Hi folks,

The Ministry’s “Parents Reaching Out” (PRO) grants are being offered again this year, with the specific mandate to, “reach parents who face barriers to becoming involved in their children’s education.”

So, my question to the community is this:

What are these barriers as you understand them in the Shaughnessy community?
