Community Notice: A Fundraiser for the Survivors of Japan's Earthquake and Tsunami

The Staff of George S. Henry Academy invite you to a dinner fundraiser for the survivors of Japan’s Earthquake and Tsunami.  The event will take place at the Princess Banquet on Friday, May 6, 2011, from 6:00pm.
The theme will be “Collective Spirit, Responsibility and Action:  Offering Hope and Encouragement to the Survivors of the Earthquake and Tsunami in Japan”.
The evening’s program will reflect this theme and will include music, dance and video footage showing people both within and outside of Japan coming together to support one another in a time of great need.
This event is open to the public (19 years and older) and will include a silent auction (payment in cash or by cheque only).  All proceeds from the dinner and the silent auction will be going to the Canadian Red Cross Fund for Japan Earthquake/Asia-PacificTsunami.
