Open House Tonight!

A quick reminder that tonight from 6:30 p.m. to 7:30 p.m. Shaughnessy Public school has an Open House. Come and explore all that Shaughnessy has to offer. Visit classrooms, see displays of student work, enjoy a performance by the Shaughnessy Folk Dance Club, and chat with staff and members of the School Council.

PS: Save the date - on Tuesday, June 10th, from 6 pm to 8:30 pm, we will be having our first FUN FAIR!  Please join us for the live band, dunk tank, bouncy castle, food, face painting and so much more.

The Shaughnessy School Council Meeting is tonight from 6:30 pm - 8 pm (Wednesday, May 7, 2014) in the School's Staff Room.

All are welcome!

School age babysitting will be provided.

2013/2014 SPS Yearbook Orders are due this Friday, April 25, 2014.  If you would like a copy of the order form, please click here.

Please note that there will be no sub lunch this week - the original schedule had to be changed.

Shaughnessy Water Bottle Available

For those who missed the chance to order a water bottle and pizza lunch combo, Shaughnessy Eco Stars Water Bottle will be available to purchase by the school's front doors for $8 this Thursday, April 10, 2014 from 8 AM to 8:40 AM.

Shaughnessy's Eco Stars and School Council are very pleased to host a pizza lunch on Friday, April 11, 2014. We have a fantastic Shaughnessy reusable water bottle for sale that can be personalised with permanent markers.

All students who would like to buy a slice(s) of pizza and a Shaughnessy water bottle on Friday, April 11, need to complete an order form by tomorrow, Friday, April 4, 2014.
